It all started at home.
With our parents.

A morning walk cut short. A favourite pair of shoes quietly replaced. A hand reaching for the railing that wasn't needed there a year ago.

An entire generation
overlooked.

Most brands have always been obsessed with chasing the young — Gen Z, Gen Alpha, whoever's next. And when they do turn to face the older generation, it's to sell them pills or insurance.

Footwear is no different. Almost nothing in the market is actually designed for how the body moves as we grow older — and the industry has largely chosen to look away.

Silwer started from a different question: what does this stage of life actually need - and why hasn't anyone built it yet?

India's first footwear brand built forthe seasoned.

From around 40, feet begin to change in ways that are completely normal and almost completely ignored. The arch settles, the foot widens, cushioning thins — by 50, nearly half of it is gone. Balance shifts. Recovery takes longer. These aren't failings — they're facts. And they're the starting point for everything we design.

We're making shoes that are honest about what the body needs at this stage — and built precisely around that. Not comfort at the cost of design. Not function at the cost of form. Both, done well. That's the only standard we build to.

Footwear that doesn't ask you to compromise — on comfort, on how you look, or on how far you go.

Slowly. Carefully.
From the ground up.

We spent months before making anything. We went where people actually walk — parks, promenades, neighbourhoods — across Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Spoke to over 200 people across generations about what worked, what didn't, and what they'd quietly stopped expecting. Consulted over a dozen physiotherapists and podiatrists. Spent weeks inside peer-reviewed research — on plantar fat pad atrophy, arch mechanics, gait shift and proprioceptive decline — until the science became the brief.

Then we built. And rebuilt. Went through more than seven rounds of sampling — adjusting cushioning density, material combinations, stack height, last width, closure mechanics — before arriving at something we believed in.

The work was in the details. The result is that you won't notice any of them.

The Founding Team

Three people. One clear question.

Pranjal Singh

Pranjal Singh

STRATEGY & GROWTH

Pranjal sees the map before the rest of us notice the path. He connects the dots - between people, behaviours, opportunities and markets. His thinking shapes where Silwer goes next, ensuring we grow with intention and a clear understanding of the seasoned and the realities of their lives.

Pravaal Singh

Pravaal Singh

PRODUCT & OPERATIONS

Pravaal is the one who asks "why is it built this way?" - and then quietly rebuilds it better. He shapes Silwer's product philosophy: minimal, intuitive and purposeful. He removes the unnecessary, refines what matters and keeps everything steady, precise and predictable.

Sahil Chopra

BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS

Sahil brings the tone, the discipline and the long view. He has spent years shaping brands and communities that hold together over time. Silwer's voice - its honesty, its quiet insistence on getting things right - is anchored in how Sahil sees the world. Calm, measured, built for the long game.

The seasoned aren't a demographic.
They're a generation of builders whodeserve better.
